Breakwater Digital ("Breakwater," "we," "us") is a West Michigan web design and local visibility studio. This policy explains what information we collect through breakwaterdigital.dev, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
Information you give us. When you submit our audit or contact form, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, website address, business name, location, and your message. You choose what to share.
We don't run advertising or analytics trackers. As of the date above, this site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking tools, and it does not set advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Our forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers your submission to us by email. Web3Forms processes the data you submit solely to pass it along to us.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We rely on a few reputable providers to run this site. They may process limited technical data (such as your IP address in standard server logs) as part of delivering the site:
We keep the inquiries and project information you send us for as long as we need it to help you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@breakwaterdigital.dev and we'll take care of it.
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Our site links to client websites and other third-party sites. Once you leave breakwaterdigital.dev, this policy no longer applies — those sites have their own privacy practices.
We may update this policy as our business or tools change. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
